Announcing the new Able Child Africa Network and what this means for the redistribution of power to organisations working with children with disabilities in Africa.

Join us as we launch our new 2030 Strategy, which changes the way we work.

Our strategy sets out our plans to support the creation of a new network of organisations working with and for children and young people with disabilities in Africa.

We were founded on the principles of African-led development and for the last 40 years we have been proud to work side by side with a group of leading African organisations, who are experts in upholding the rights of children with disabilities in Africa.

But we believe we can and should be doing more to put decision making in the hands of these organisations.
